Mot du designer - Sokhaya Tissé Main
Sokhaya began with a simple idea: a pocket you can wear.
A compact, intuitive object, designed to keep the essentials close — without ever restricting movement or gesture.
Its silhouette is deliberately clean, almost architectural. The structured leather flap meets hand-woven cotton, creating a quiet balance between structure and softness. This dialogue defines Sokhaya.
I chose this cotton for its living quality. The artisanal weave carries the trace of the hand, the time it took to make it, and subtle irregularities — details worth preserving.
Conceived as an object of design, Sokhaya can be worn by hand or crossbody. It holds only what is essential, nothing more.
A bag designed to lighten everyday life, without compromising on style. Sokhaya is adopted naturally. It doesn’t follow trends — it stands outside of time.
